The camp day will be comprised of:

• Fun S.T.E.A.M lessons and building activities using LEGO® bricks
• Indoor and Outdoor Active Play
• Arts & Crafts
• Camp Games

Regular Camp Hours: $300/week (tax exempt)

9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Before & After Care Camp Hours: $400/week (tax exempt)

8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Single Day Camp Hours: $68/day (tax exempt)

9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Children must be picked up on time according to the camp package you have registered for. Additional fees may be charged for late pick-up.

There will be nutrition breaks in the morning, lunchtime, and afternoon. 

Campers need to bring:

• nut-free and sesame-free lunch and snacks 
• large water bottle filled with water  

Snapology Camps are led by mature and experienced teachers and camp counsellors with the following credentials or training:

• First Aid and CPR
• Vulnerable Sector Check
• Classroom/Camp Management
• Child Safety Procedures and Incident Reporting 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment is due at the time of registration in order to secure enrollment in this Snapology activity. This is a non-refundable fee under the following conditions. 

CANCELLATION BY YOU: We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel. 

REFUND: If you cancel with more than 4 weeks before the session start date, you will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee per registration. 

If you cancel 2-4 weeks prior to the session start date, a 50% refund will be issued. 

No refund is provided if you cancel within 2 weeks prior to the session. 

CANCELLATION BY SNAPOLOGY: If the activity is cancelled, due to low enrollment or any other reason, you will be refunded accordingly.

DISCLOSURE OF PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, BEHAVIORAL, NEURODEVELOPMENTAL, LEARNING DISABILITY OR IMPAIRMENT*: 

If your child has SPECIAL NEEDS OR REQUIRES SPECIAL SUPPORT, please contact us at halton@snapology.com BEFORE YOU REGISTER to discuss the environment and resources required to support your child. 

We are an inclusive camp and do our best to support the needs of our campers. We are NOT HOWEVER, ABLE TO PROVIDE ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT and it is important for the safety and well-being of your child and the other campers that we discuss their needs to determine if we can provide the right environment and resources for your child.  

If your child has a PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, BEHAVIORAL, NEURODEVELOPMENTAL, LEARNING, DISABILITY OR IMPAIRMENT that causes them to require additional or specialized services or accommodations please contact us to discuss their needs. 

IF YOU DO NOT DISCLOSE your child's special needs or special support requirement prior to registration and if your child is posing a safety risk to themselves or others or is disruptive to a point that is impacting the camp experience for other campers in a negative manner, you will be contacted to pick up your child and no refund will be issued.

This includes children with extreme anxiety or children who have aggressive and/or disruptive behaviours who may/may not have been diagnosed by a professional.
